Return Policy

Your products will be shipped within 3 business days (custom-made) after purchase and will be delivered within 7-14 days. Our return policy is 7 days.

If it’s more than 7 days after the product was delivered, unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. The product must be unused and in the condition it was received.

As we work with a third-party shipping company, returns for products in transit are not accepted. If the shipping period specified in the policy exceeds two weeks and the customer has not received the product, the customer’s right to a refund is reserved.

After receiving the product, you must submit photographic or video proof within 1 business day to request a return or exchange for faulty products. Proof submitted after 1 business day may be rejected at our discretion.

In the case of size incompatibility, returns may be rejected depending on the condition of the product. These processes are flexible on our part, and exceptional cases will be taken into account, and we appreciate your understanding of such cases.

Returns are not accepted for reasons such as not liking the product. The product must be damaged, torn, faulty, deformed, broken, or unusable, and it must be in its original packaging.

Returns and exchanges can only be made before the product is shipped or after receiving the product. If more than 1.5 months have passed since your purchase and no service has been provided, your right to a refund remains valid.

Some products cannot be returned. Perishable items (food, flowers, newspapers, magazines, or underwear) cannot be returned. Additionally, personal care and health products, hazardous materials, or items containing flammable liquids and gases are not eligible for returns. Other non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Certain health and personal care items

Please do not send the purchased product back to the manufacturer. In some cases, partial refunds may be issued for:

  • Books with noticeable signs of use
  • Opened CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, tapes, or vinyl records
  • Products that are not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (except in cases of our fault)
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery

Refunds

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you via email confirming that the return has been processed. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or denied. If approved, your refund will be processed, and it will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain period.

If you haven’t received a refund (if applicable): First, check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially processed. After that, reach out to your bank. Sometimes, there may be processing times before the refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@nanopher.com.

Discounted Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded; unfortunately, discounted items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Exchanges are only made if the product is faulty or damaged. To exchange for the same product, please contact us via email: support@nanopher.com and send the product to the following address: support@nanopher.com

Gifts

If the product was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned product is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you. If the product was not marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, the refund will be issued to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.

You must send your product to the following address: support@nanopher.com. You will need to cover the shipping cost for the return. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are sending an item worth over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
