DISTANCE SALES AGREEMENT

 

  1. PARTIES

This Distance Sales Agreement ("Agreement") constitutes the contract made between the seller and the buyer for purchases made via the nanopher.com online store.

Buyer Information:
The Buyer is identified upon accepting this Agreement and placing an order via the nanopher.com website. The Buyer’s details will be determined by the information provided at the time of ordering.

  1. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT

The subject of this Agreement is to regulate the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of products purchased by the Buyer via the nanopher.com online store.

  1. CONCLUSION AND APPROVAL OF THE AGREEMENT

By selecting products and placing an order on nanopher.com, the Buyer declares that they accept this Agreement. After the Seller receives the order, they will send a confirmation email to the Buyer. The Agreement is concluded upon sending the confirmation email.

  1. PRODUCT PROCUREMENT AND DELIVERY

The Seller will ship the selected product within 1-3 business days after receiving the order.
The delivery will be made to the address specified by the Buyer.
The delivery time may vary depending on the delivery company's schedule. However, the maximum delivery time will be 14 business days.
The delivery cost may vary based on the total amount of the order and will be communicated to the Buyer at the time of order confirmation.

  1. PRODUCT PRICE AND PAYMENT METHODS

The product prices are indicated on the nanopher.com website.
The Buyer can make the payment using a credit card, debit card, or other available payment methods.
Once the payment is completed, the Buyer will receive a confirmation email indicating that their order has been approved.

  1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The Buyer does not have the right to withdraw after receiving the product. The right to return or exchange applies only to defective, torn, or unused products, with intact labels and packaging.
If the Buyer wants to use the return or exchange right, they must send an email to support@nanopher.com.
Once the return right is used, the refund will be processed within 14 business days.

  1. PRODUCT EXCHANGE

Exchange for textile products is only allowed for unused products with intact labels and packaging.
Exchange requests must be submitted via email to support@nanopher.com.
The exchange will be processed depending on the stock availability of the requested product.

  1. WARRANTY

The Seller guarantees the quality of the clothing products sold. The product must conform to the specified characteristics.
If the product is damaged during shipping, the Buyer should contact support@nanopher.com to report the issue, and the necessary procedures for product replacement will be initiated.

  1. OBLIGATIONS

The Seller is responsible for delivering the products accurately and completely. However, the Seller is not liable for any issues arising from incorrect delivery information provided by the Buyer.
The Buyer is responsible for providing correct information during the order process. If incorrect information is provided, the Buyer accepts full responsibility.

  1. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

The Buyer agrees that their personal data will be used by the Seller for the purposes of product delivery and to fulfill other legal obligations. Personal data will be processed and protected in accordance with the nanopher.com Privacy Policy.

  1. LEGAL RIGHTS AND DISPUTES

Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be governed by Turkish Law.
Any disputes between the parties will be resolved in the Courts and Enforcement Offices of Istanbul.

  1. AMENDMENTS TO THE AGREEMENT

The Seller reserves the right to change this Agreement at any time. Changes to the Agreement will be effective as of the date they are published on the website.
